    We wanted to thank you so much for all your guidance and support through the process to sell mom's condo. You supported our mom, and all of us in so many ways from beginning to end. With mom being in her 'elderly years', you were very respectful to her, and very understanding and flexible towards her being included to the degree she was comfortable with. This was very much appreciated. It was not something that was immediately obvious to me as an important consideration, but your experience with this scenario made it very positive. Mom's stress load was managed beautifully because of this. We all appreciated your regular updates on the viewing activity, and market changes. The guidance for a price adjustment was appropriate and well supported by real time market activities. This is never something a seller wants to do, but it was the right approach. Thank you as well for coordinating the painters, electrician and 'industrial cleaning' of the condo to prepare it for the sale. Your suggestions, the list of contacts, and help with the logistics made it seamless for us. All in all you were professional, friendly and personal, caring and dedicated in every way. It is also important for me to let you know that your integrity was greatly appreciated throughout the process; this was very important to us, and I suspect the purchaser as well. Particularly, because you handled both the seller and purchaser sides. This scenario has the potential to be challenging in many ways, but our comfort level was never once compromised or in question - this was, in full, based on your overall integrity and professional approach.
